Rome - Roma defender Davide Astori could be sidelined for several weeks after being diagnosed with knee ligament damage, the Serie A side announced Thursday.
Astori suffered the injury late in Roma's 5-1 win over CSKA Moscow on Wednesday, a victory that left Rudi Garcia's men top of Champions League Group E.
