Lagos - Chairman of FC Taraba, Tijani Babangida insists he
is happy with his team despite their recent losses in tune-up games against
Lobi Stars and Enugu Rangers, KickOff Nigeria reports.
The Jalingo-based club lost 1-0 to Lobi Stars last Friday,
and 2-1 to Enugu Rangers on Sunday. But Babangida insists he is impressed with
the general performance of the club who are the first from Taraba State to ever
play in the topflight, having gained promotion last season.
The 2013/14 season of the Glo Nigerian Premier League is
expected to kick off on March 8.
