Lagos - Bayelsa United goalkeeper Kazeem Yekeen has revealed he had lost his senses for almost an hour after being kicked in the head during Sunday's 2-0 defeat to El Kanemi Warriors in a Glo Nigerian Premier League game.
Yekeen was the victim of a nasty collision during a Nigerian Premier League encounter as he made a brave challenge to thwart an attack in the first half in Kano.
The shot-stopper was immediately rushed to hospital, and although he has since been given a clean bill of health, Yekeen has revealed the extent of his injury.

"I thank God for giving me another chance to live," he told African Football.
"The team doctor told me I lost my senses for up to 45 minutes, that I was saying what was different from the situation on ground.
"He and the team manager said I was asking them what time is the training, that we should start going because the coach won't be happy if I am not at the training."
