Bernard Bulbwa thanks Emem Eduok for helping him settle quickly

06 July 2015, 10:12

Abuja - Esperance striker Bernard Bulbwa has nothing but praise for teammate Emem Eduok for helping him settle into the team.

The Flying Eagles star got a taste of first team action, albeit in a friendly, on Saturday when The Blood and Gold tackled CS Hammam-Lif, and he repaid the manager's faith after hitting target in the first half.

''I am settled at Esperance so much, the presence of Emem Eduok has helped me,'' Bernard Bulbwa told news24.com.

''He is the only person I talk to whenever we are in the dressing room and even on the pitch.

''Emem is a good person, he is always telling me what to do and not to do.''

Bernard Bulbwa will wear the number seven kit in his first season at the 26 - time Tunisian champions.

Esperance continued their recent revolution of signing Nigerian players this summer by offering Enyimba star Kingsley Sokari a three  - year deal after they met his $400,000 asking price.
