Abuja - News24.com understands that highly-rated Blackpool winger Bright Osayi Samuel has emerged as a summer transfer target for Manchester United and Reading.
In the summer of 2014, the 17 year old penned a two year youth deal with The Seasiders that ought to keep him at Bloomfield Road until the end of the 2015-2016 season.
Having made six appearances for the first team over the course of last season, Blackpool know they have a jewel on their hands and have moved fast to tie up the Anglo - Nigerian to a new deal.
And to fend off interest from the likes of Manchester United and Reading, which is more concrete than The Red Devils', Bright Osayi-Samuel has been offered a two-and-a-half year professional contract.

However, at this very moment it is envisaged that the teenager will not put pen to paper on the new deal until next year and that is if he remains a Pool player.
Blackpool signed Bright Osayi-Samuel last year after he was spotted by their scouts while playing at a development phase.
Born in Nigeria, he moved to Spain at a young age along with his parents and remained in the country until the age of 10 when he immigrated to England.
