Abuja - Chelsea met with Inter Milan last week and put a price tag on John Mikel Obi's potential switch to the Italian club as interest in the midfielder from top European clubs gathers pace.
Inter are reportedly leading the chase for the Nigerian, with sources saying Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Wolfsburg and Valencia also interested, Kick Off Nigeria reports.
Inter though, are in the fore front of the race to sign the Nigerian, and they reinforced that position by sending representatives to London to meet with Chelsea after Tuesday's Champions League game.
