Congo vs Nigeria kicks off 3:30pm

14 November 2014, 17:30Israel Ojoko

Point Noire - The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying game between Congo Brazzaville and Nigeria will kick off at 3:30pm local time on Saturday November 15, 2014.

It will be the same time in Nigeria.

The Stade Omnisport will stage the all-important cracker.

Nigeria, sitting on 3rd spot in the group, need to beat Congo with a two-goal margin to brighten their chances of qualifying for the tournament.

The current African champions have made just four points from four games, trailing South Africa on eight points and Congo on seven points from same number of games.

If Nigeria beat Congo on Saturday, they will still need to beat South Africa in Uyo in the final game of the qualifiers, to book a ticket to defend their trophy.

The 2015 Africa Cup of Nations will now be hosted by Equatorial Guinea after Morocco pulled out of staging the tournament for fear of the Ebola virus.
