Abuja - Nigeria's sports minister, Tammy Danagogo, has expressed hope that the world football governing body, FIFA, will not suspend the country.
Danagogo, who is also the country's National Sports Commission (NSC) chairman, urged Fifa to wade into the internal wrangling in the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), SuperSport reports.
The sports minister said that Fifa should know that what is happening in the NFF is an internal wrangling among football stakeholders, who are angling to take over control of the football house.
