Debut goal excites Eduok

Tunis - Esperance new signing Emem Eduok has expressed excitement after scoring his debut goal in his debut outing for the Tunisian club, SuperSport reports.

It was mixed feelings for Nigerian international who scored a goal and created an assist but ended on the losing side when he made his debut for Tunisian powerhouse Esperance Sportive.

Eduok featured in a friendly against Libya’s Al-Ittihad on Saturday afternoon and ended up on the losing side.

Al-Ittihad, who have since relocated to Tunisia, where they are preparing for the 2015 Caf Confederation Cup defeated Eduok and Esperance teammates 5-2 on match day.

“Although we lost the match I’m excited to have scored one goal and created an assist on my debut. It was a nice outing for me.

“I wanted to score on my debut and I did, but I need to do more,” he said to supersport.com.

Interestingly, former Lobi Stars forward Tony Okpotu scored the last goal for the Libyan club
