Lagos - Eniola Aluko has expressed her happiness after England qualified for the semi - final of the Women's World Cup following their hard fought 2 - 1 win against hosts Canada in the early hours of Sunday morning.
For the third time in the competition, the Chelsea star was named among the substitutes and failed to come off the bench, with manager Mark Sampson preferring Portland Thorns' Jodie Taylor upfront.
Once again, Aluko was delighted with her team's performance and thanked her well - wishers for their support.
