Abuja - Nigeria goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama has denied insinuations that he is on the verge of calling time on his international career.
Speaking at the annual Ibom Football Awards in Uyo, Enyeama assured
that he is still a part of the national team, suggesting that his
statements on his future may have been quoted out of context, Kick Off Nigeria reports.
"I never said I will never play for Super Eagles again. I only said I
will consult with my family which is the normal thing to do. I am still
very much a national team player," the Lille goalkeeper said.
