Enyimba, Kano Pillars know CAF CL foes

Lagos - Glo Nigerian Premier League clubs Enyimba and Kano Pillars have been handed their opponents in the preliminary stage of the 2015 CAF Champions League.

After the draws on Monday, Enyimba were handed Buffles du Borgou FC of Benin, while league champions Kano Pillars will slug it out against South Sudan club Malakia.

Enyimba will host their opponent between the 13,14 or 15 Feb. 2015, while Pillars will travel to play away on the same date. The return legs will hold two weeks later from 27,28 Feb, 01 March 2015.

CAF said a total of 58 clubs were involved in the draw.

As expected top guns like holders ES Setif, Coton Sport, AC Leopards, Al-Ahly ,TP Mazembe , CS Sfaxien & Esperance of Tunisia were all exempted from the prelims.
