World Cup silver medalist Uchechi Sunday has been decamped from the Falconets by the Chief Coach, Edwin Okon.
The teams's Press Officer, Ejiro Femi-Babafemi, said in a statement on Wednesday in Abeokuta that the player was dropped on Tuesday along with six others to reduce the number of players in camp to 25.
Uchechi plays for FA Cup winners, Rivers Angels, and featured in the U-20 team that won silver at the 2010 FIFA Women's World Cup in Germany.
She was also part of the Super Falcons which failed to qualify for the 2012 Olympics.
Others asked to leave the camp were Vivian Okotie, Lola Phillips, Bukola Ogunnoiki, Jane David, Tina Oge and Aguawaba Chineyem.
The statement said that Okon commended the players for their efforts and charged those left to continue to give their best in training.
"At this time, your efforts must be extra-ordinary to make the team," it quoted Okon as saying.
It recalled that five players were earlier thrown out of camp.
With the development, 25 players will make the training tour to South Korea for the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup which begins on Aug. 18 in Japan.
Nigeria has been drawn against Korea Republic, Brazil and Italy in Group B.
