Falconets name 25 players for Women’s W/Cup

Abuja - Head coach of Nigeria U-20 women team, Peter Dedevbo has released a list of 25 players for the 2014 FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada.

The squad include, goal Keepers Sandra Chiichii (Ibom Angels FC), Sangonuga Ibijoke and Ehiudo Chiudo (Delta Queens).

Defenders: Ebere Okoye (Nasarawa Amazon), Aidelomon Victoria (Pelican Stars), Nnodim Sarah (Delta Queens), Ugo Njoku (Rivers Angels), Jiroro Idike (Delta Queens), Gladys Abasi (Ibom Angels), Ibrahim Mariam (Nasarawa Amason), and Ugechi Emanayo ( Nasarawa Amazon).

Midfeilders: Ogechi Okuoma (Pelican Stars), Osarenoma Ibginovia (Ibom Angels), Asisat Oshoala (Rivers Angels), Ayila Loveth (Rivers Angels), Ayinde Halima (Delta Queens), Aluko Yetunde (Sunshine Queens), Edeji Chidinma (Bayelsa Queens), Adeboyejo Yetunde (Bayelsa Queens), and Eyebhoria Winifred (Pelican Stars).

Attackers: Ihezou Chinwe(Pelican Stars), Sunday uchechi (Rivers Angels ), Okaeme Patience (Delta Queens) and Kanu Uchenna ( Pelican Stars)

One other player will join the team from USA.

The team has left for Canada to begin camping ahead of the tournament.
