Lagos - Coach of Ifeanyi Ubah United John Obuh says he is
taking the games as they come, rather than thinking of the final following his
side’s 4-2 win over FC Taraba in the round of 16 of the 2015 Nigeria Federation
The win over fellow Premier League side, FC Taraba, means
Ifeanyi Ubah have progressed to the round of eight of the competition with just
two more steps to the final, but Obuh says he would rather concentrate on their
next game and isn’t thinking of the final just yet.

“I am not thinking of the final just yet,” Obuh told News24
after they beat Taraba on Wednesday in Abuja.
“We have to think of our next game because that is the most
important game for us. We have to win the next game and the one after that
before we think of the final.
“So for now, no thoughts on the final until we are actually
in the final and then we can think about it,” Obuh stressed.
The ‘Anambra Warriors’ as they are also called, was recently
bought over as Gabros by billionaire businessman, Ifeanyi Ubah, but renamed the
club after himself.
This is their maiden season in the top flight as Ifeanyi
Ubah United, and they currently sit 8th on the Premier League table.
