“Saheed, a native of Kwara State has kicked off his test at the Turkish outfit as the coaches of the club will assess his qualities before deciding on his long-term future,” a close friend of the no-nonsense ace told News24.

“He has started trial with the Turkish club and we hope he does well to impress the technical crew of the team,” he said.

Reports from Turkey have been encouraging as he was involved in some test games over the weekend and performed to expectation.

The central defender was part of the Flying Eagles team that won the 2015 African Youth Championship in Senegal but was dropped from the U20 World Cup squad during the training tour of Germany.
