Abuja - Former coach of Sharks FC (Port Harcourt) Gbenga Ogunbote who is now the current coach of 3SC (Ibadan) is looking forward to a very tough encounter at the Oluyole Warriors home ground, Lekan Salami Stadium when 3SC host Sharks FC in week 15 of the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
Gbenga Ogunbote has shown his technical prowess at different clubs; he guided Sunshine Stars FC (Akure) to their debut continental campaign, Ogunbote helped the Owena Waves to the semi-final stage in both the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup in 2011 and 2012 respectively.
He also helped Sharks FC who were condemned to drown in the relegation waters in 2013 NPFL season to a mid-table finish. Ogunbote who always wear a smile made a switch from Port Harcourt to Ibadan where he has guided struggling 3SC to a four match unbeaten run.

Ogunbote however admitted in a chat to News24 that facing his previous team will be a huge task for him but insisted that 3SC must work hard to earn the maximum point.
"It's an emotional match for me," said Ogunbote.
"My team (3SC) is in good shape and prepared for that difficult match against Sharks tomorrow (Wednesday). We just have to work hard and keep improving on what we do, “Ogunbote told News24
3SC sit at top of the relegation with 14 points from 13 matches while their visitor, Sharks FC are first from behind on the NPFL log with 10 points from the same number of matches as their host.
