in naming a formidable squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil, GhanaSoccernet
Ghana will be seeking to go beyond a quarter-final stage
reached at the last edition held in South Africa.
The Black Stars will play two international friendlies – against
Honduras and the Netherlands before unveiling a final squad that will shoulder
the heavy expectations of Ghana football fans.
Appiah will release a provisional 30 man-squad on or before
May 13 after which he will have just a few days to announce the final 23.
