Accra - Ghanaian defender John Boye has been ruled out of Wednesday's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Togo in Lome because of an ankle injury.
The 27-year-old Boye, who plays for Turkish side Erciyesspor, picked up the injury during training on Monday in Accra.

In their Group E, Ghana have drawn 1-1 against Uganda while Togo were beaten 2-1 by Guinea in the first qualifier.
Both Ghana and Togo needs a win in Wednesday’s clash to better their chance of booking a ticket to the 2015 AFCON in Morocco.
