Abuja - Players of Heartland have vowed to defy club management’s orders to resume training ahead of the new Glo Premier League season on Monday 18 November.
The Owerri-based side reportedly said any players absent from training on Monday 18 November will be seen as having left the club, SuperSport reports.
The club have not paid many of us for the whole season, a prominent player in the squad said.
The player, who chose to remain anonymous, added that players will stay away from training because the club’s management have broken their promises and relegated its players to beggars.
