Abuja - Nigeria striker Jude Odion Ighalo continued his impressive pre-season form as he scored again against German side, Paderborn 07 in their last pre-season game of Germany.
The 26-year old scored his 6th goal in four pre-season game for Watford as they beat Paderborn 07 2-0 to end their pre-season tour of Germany.
Ighalo, who came off the bench in the game, scored Watford’s second and what proved to be the winner when he connected a ball from Nigeria-born Scotland international Ikechi Anya to make it 2-0 for the Hornets.

Anya raced quickly to connect to a cross-field pass and stylishly cut the ball back into the middle, which presented a chance for Troy Deeney, but the striker missed, allowing Ighalo the opportunity to swoop and the ball deflected off a Paderborn defender to make it six goals in four pre-season games for the Nigerian.
Ighalo scored 20 goals for Watford in the Championship last season, helping them to seal a return to the Premier League after joining the Hornets permanently from Udinese.
There have been several offers for his services this summer notably from China and the united Arab Emirates, but he has opted to remain with Watford and fulfill his ‘dream’ of playing in the English Premier League.
