Lagos - Kadiri Ikhana has confirmed that he has switched
Giwa FC for Enyimba, but has revealed that he has not yet taken over the reign
at the Nigerian Premier League giants.
The former Nigeria Under-23 coach is set for a return to the
Peoples' Elephant, 10 years after guiding them to the CAF Champions League
He explained that he is only waiting on chairman Felix
Anyansi-Agwu to finalise terms before he takes charge of the six-time league
"I have not resumed fully with Enyimba yet, I'm waiting
for Anyansi, no paper has been signed," Khadiri told the Daily
"We have only spoken verbally when I went there. Before
I can be said to have assumed authority of the club, we must put pen to paper
and contract duly signed.
"So, for now, it is going to be when
Anyansi returns from the World Cup and get settled that we can settle the
contact terms," he concluded.
