Abuja - Former Nigeria Referees Association chairman Sam Jaja has backed the Super Eagles to excel at the upcoming World Cup.
“The Super Eagles build up from the Nations Cup victory in South Africa to World Cup qualification is an indication that the team will do well,” Jaja said in Port Harcourt, Kick Off Nigeria reports.
Jaja noted that under the guidance of Stephen Keshi, the Super Eagles have shown a strength of character which will be crucial to their success in Brazil. He therefore called for the continuous support for the team, adding that he is optimistic that they will do the nation proud.
