Kaduna - Super Eagles coach Stephen Keshi has posited that his team has a high level of confidence going into the game against Chad.
Nigeria host Chad in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier in Kaduna on Saturday, June 13, and the Super Eagles coach has stated that their confidence level going into the game is quite high.
“The confidence level is high,” he told News24, “The confidence is there going into the game against Chad.
“The players’ response in camp alone will tell that they are hungry and they want to do something, and that is what we want to have,” Keshi said.

The ‘Big Boss’ however used the opportunity to solicit for more support for his team and says they will need all the support they can get.
“The fans need to give us the backing and support we need,” Keshi said, “We are a team and we are bonding well.”
The ‘Big Boss’ also added that he knows a few of the Chadian players that should play against Nigeria on Saturday.
“I know a few of their players that I have against before. I know the old squad but they have all signed for clubs abroad now,” he said.
