Abuja - Super Eagles coach, Stephen Keshi, will not be
forced to make promise of winning the 2014 Championship for African Nations.
The tournament begins on January 11 and runs till February 1
in South Africa with Nigeria making its debut appearance.
Keshi declared that he will make no promises of winning the
trophy but hopes that team goes far and does the nation proud.
“It’s because we’ve got little or no time and we are working
with new boys on this project but I hope we do the nation proud in CHAN but I
cannot promise the trophy”.
Keshi led Nigeria to win the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations in
February in South Africa after 19 years the country last won the trophy.
