Kogi United set to unveil feeder team

Lokoja - Kogi United will continue with their consolidation agenda when they unveil their Feeder Team on Tuesday evening.

It is a way by the Abdul Sule led management to encourage youths in Kogi State for them to develop their football skills.

The short ceremony will take place at the Lokoja Confluence Stadium with important members of the football family in the state and well-meaning supporters expected to be in attendance.

According to an official of the club, the coaching staffs and the entire players of the team will be formally unveiled at the main bowl of the Lokoja Confluence Stadium by 5pm.

The backroom team made up of Adamu Isah, Suleiman Adamu and Sabo Okala has started work as they seek to nurture the budding talents to superstars.

The feeder team is made up of more than 20 players with the age bracket of 15 and 20 years.

Kogi United feeder team is of high quality and players of the side gave good account of themselves in a 2-0 friendly loss to the main team on Saturday.
