player the team needs at the moment, according to Nigeria U20 coach, Manu

former English champions to a 1-0 win over Crystal Palace in the English
Premier League, despite being a late second half substitute.

in the next Super Eagles team - calls that are hugely supported by Manu Garba,
Iheanacho's coach at the Nigeria U20's.

Iheanacho's obvious talent and his goal for Manchester City notwithstanding,
not everyone will agree he's ready to make the leap to the Super Eagles just
yet, seeing that he only played at the U20 World Cup last June and is only just
making the City first team.
But Manu, who is
credited to having discovered the forward when he was coach of Nigeria's U17's
in 2013, believes the youngster is talented and good enough to play for Nigeria
at senior level.
"He has all
it takes to play for the Super Eagles," Manu continued, "The boy is a
very talented player and if given the opportunity, he will surely break in to
the Super Eagles," Manu told Brila FM.
The Nigeria U20
coach went further to stress that Iheanacho should also be given a chance with
Nigeria's U23 team.
