London - Nigeria midfielder, John Obi Mikel, has been left out of Chelsea's trip to Slovenia where they will face NK Maribor in Wednesday's Uefa Champions League group match, Supersport reports.
Mikel was ruled out of the trip to Maribor owing to "a small knee problem".
"John Mikel Obi is also absent. He missed the QPR game with a small knee problem," Chelsea stated on their official website on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old midfielder, alongside Frenchman Loic Remy, are not in the squad of 22 players for the Uefa Champions League billed to take place at the Stadion Ljudski vrt in the city of Maribor.
The former FC Lyn-Oslo man missed Chelsea's 2-1 win over QPR in the West London derby on Saturday due to the same knee problem.
