London - John Obi Mikel is likely to start for Chelsea when they play against Shrewsbury in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup on Tuesday, Soccer Lens report.
Mourinho has expressed frustration following various degrees of injury that have plagued his side.
Ahead of Tuesday night’s game, Mourinho lamented that Chelsea is in a difficult situation, with the onus now on Schürrle, Salah, Zouma, Aké, and Mikel to deliver the desired result.

Diego Costa has been suffering a niggling injury all season, and was taken to hospital with a stomach virus last week. He was also suffering from a groin injury, which he picked up on international duty.
Mikel, who was introduced as a second half substitute in Chelsea’s 1-1 draw with Manchester United, is expected to coordinate the midfield in the game against Shrewsbury.
