Abuja - The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has revealed that major sponsors are not meeting contractual obligations and are contributing to the federation’s financial troubles.
The NFF’s general secretary, Musa Amadu, made the disclosure to members of the House of Representative Committee on Sports, Kick Off Nigeria reports.
The NFF is struggling to raise funds for both the Super Eagles and the Super Eaglets, Amadu said. Major sponsors associated with our programmes have not paid sponsorship fees, he added.
