London - Peter Odemwingie’s manager at Cardiff City, Malky
Mackay, has been told to resign or face sack, The Independent reports.
Cardiff’ owner, Vincent Tan, was said to have issued the
threat through a letter via email on Monday.
Tan was said to be aggrieved by Mackay’s signings, and the
club’s performance after 16 games of the current English Premier League season.
Odemwingie was instrumental when Cardiff beat West Brom 1-0
at the weekend, but the result could only leave the Welsh club on 15th place on
the league table.
