Oshaniwa, is almost certain to join Scottish premier league side Hearts after
the club secured a work permit.
Oshaniwa dumped relegated Israeli side MS Ashdod at the end
of last season and the out-of-contract player is reportedly set for his medical
this weekend ahead of his proposed unveiling next week by Hearts.
He will reportedly sign a four year deal with the option of
a fifth based on performance and coach of the team Robbie Neilson all but
confirmed his signing.

"We had to get a work permit sorted out and that’s now
been cleared by the SFA, which is great. It opens the door for us to try and
get him in." He told Edinburg News.
"It’s now just a case of trying to get him in the
country. You can’t say it’s signed, sealed and delivered until he’s actually
here, but he’s keen to come and we’re desperate to get him, so hopefully we can
get something tied up.
