Lagos - Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, Sunshine Stars, will try to prise away striker Adamu Yahaya from rivals, Kwara United.
Supersport.com has learned that the Akure club have made an approach to the player's representatives in a bid to lure him away from Kwara United when the mid-season transfer window opens in a few weeks, Supersport reports.
"An approach has been made to the player and those close to him by Sunshine Stars but nothing concrete has been reached. We are hoping to secure him in the mid-season transfer window but it might be difficult after his experience with us before he left in Week Nine for Kwara United," said an official of Sunshine Stars.
