London - Nigeria youth international Taiwo Awoniyi has
expressed his delight after joining English Premier League giant Liverpool.
Awoniyi on Monday sealed the deal with the London, and was
immediately loaned out to 2 Bundesliga side FSV Frankfurt.
The striker, who has previously represented Imperial Academy
in Nigeria, said The Reds is the biggest club in the world.

“This is the biggest club in the world and I’m privileged to
be here,” Awiniyi told Liverpoolfc.com
“I’ll try to develop myself very well so that when I come
back to Liverpool I’ll be able to add value to the team.
“When I’m in the red shirt, I will always give my very best
to make the fans happy.”
Awoniyi was part of the successful team that won the 2013 FIFA
U17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates.
He also represented Nigeria at the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup.
