Abuja - Heartland midfielder, Julius Ubido, has said a top-four finish is achievable for his side in the first stanza after a hard fought 4-3 win at Bayelsa United, SuperSport reports.
The Owerri-based outfit conceded an 89th minute goal to Bayelsa United scored by Aniyikaye Adeleye during Sunday’s completion of the remaining 18 minutes of Saturday’s match day 17 duel at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City. The victory earned Heartland their first three points on the road.
The encounter was discontinued at the 72nd minute on Saturday with score line at 2-4 in favour of Heartland after a heavy downpour rendered the pitch unplayable.
