Abuja - The Super Eagles Coach Sunday Oliseh, who was in Ibadan on Sunday to watch Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) match involving 3SC and Abia Warriors, has been advised to focus on building a team with younger and committed players.
Norway based Chief Tajudeen Akinyemi, the International representative of Youth Sports Federation of Nigeria (YSFON) offered Oliseh this advice in Ibadan urging Nigerians to exercise patience with the gaffer and allow him to build a winning team for us.
The Oslo based FIFA licensed agent who seems to have lost faith in the present Eagles affirmed that the Norwegian national team will definitely defeat our Eagles if there is any fixtures pairing them together in recent

"Oliseh should be left to focus on making a team, making a team I mean is be grooming a younger team and not minding winning games for now.
"I know Nigerian want to win every game and would not want to give him that chance but football is not that way.
"If you are strong enough to be winning, you keep winning, no one can defeat you again, but it takes time to build a winning team," Akinyemi who was formerly the President of Nigerians living in Norway noted.
Akinyemi added : "He can have two teams for now, one with the much celebrated professionals and keep grooming another with younger players that would later become the world-beater.
"You can’t play against some country with these our present crop of players, I’m sure Norway will beat us anytime we play them with this our present Eagles''.
