Lagos - Warri Wolves will return to Nigeria on Tuesday
following their dismissal from the CAF Confederations Cup at the weekend, KickOff Nigeria.
The Seasiders lost 2-1 on aggregate to CA Bizertin on
Sunday, leaving Bayelsa United as the country's sole representatives in the CAF
inter-club competitions this season, after Kano Pillars and Enyimba were
knocked out of the Champions League.
Edem Rjaibi opened scoring for the hosts in the sixth minute
of the game, to give to give them the aggregate advantage. However, Kola Anubi
equalized for Wolves in the 26th minute before Bizertin got their winning goal
through Rjaibi who scored in the third minute of added time in the first half
to ensure Wolves crash out 2-1 on aggregate after a goalless draw in the first
leg played in Warri.
