Abu Azeez confident on Super Sand Eagles chances at COPA Lagos

Abuja - Nigeria Supersand Eagles midfielder Abu Azeez has said that the Eagles have the biggest chance of winning the 5th Edition of the Copa Lagos 2015. 

The Warri Wolves midfielder said "we have a good chance of winning with the calibre of players in the teams camp. We know the Lebanese team well because we've played them before, at this same tournament on two different occasions. And for Cote d'Ivoire although they are the defending champions we beat them twice this year in Seychelles. 

Azeez said he is confident of the team. "I think we are fully prepared because we have been in camp for about two weeks in Badagry.

Azeez spoke further that the absence of fore team captain Isiaka Olawale and Bartholomew Igbenebu, will be putting a lot of pressure on the team and on him personally but said their absence not withstanding the team will still fly in this year's event.

In a related development Cote d ivoire national beach soccer coach, Soro John has said" his team  is back and will try to defend the trophy they won last year, he also says that his team will take their chances with the fusion of new crop of players, he sum up his speech as regards the opposition from three times participant Lebanon and England, who are making a return to the event having been there at the first inception in 2011 that " his team will put them under close watch.

Further more as build up to the beach soccer event hits the zenith, The Lebanon national Beach soccer team coach Khalid Beljab, is hopeful that his team will do better in their third appearance at the annual Copa Lagos "we hope we have a good result, we have been here twice but we hope that this time we have a good result.
