Abubakar Musa sends good wishes to Falconets gaffer Peter Dedevbo

Abuja - Confluence Queens assistant coach Abubakar Musa has wished Peter Dedevbo well after he masterminded the Falconets' qualification for the 2016 FIFA U20 Women's World Cup at the expense of South Africa.

The former Flamningoes boss will be at the helms when the Nigeria U20 women's national side launch their attempt in next year's competition in Papua New Guinea.

Following a 3-1 aggregate victory over South Africa's Basetsana, the team will be participating in the tournament for a record 8th time.

Dedevbo is getting support from Confluence Queens through Coach Abubakar Musa.

"I wish my colleague Dedevbo much success at the 2016 FIFA U20 Women's World Cup. You deserve better," the former Adamawa United star told News24.

Dedevbo will be tasked to do well by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) during the tourney in Papua New Guinea following his second place success in the 2014 edition of the competition held in Canada.

There however remain the expectation of many Nigerians for the Falconets to end their over 12 years wait for an U20 Women's World Cup title.
