Acccreditation opens for CAF-Glo Awards

Abuja - The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the media accreditation process for the 2015 Glo-CAF Awards Gala has opened.

The process closes on December 25.

The Awards Gala will take place on January 7 in Abuja.

Local and international media are expected to cover the gathering, an annual soccer event that celebrates the best of African football including players, coaches and administrators who have distinguished themselves on the pitch and the management of the game during the year under review.

The award categories include African Player of The Year, African Player of The Year (Based in Africa); National Team of The Year; Club of The Year; and Coach of The Year.

Other categories are Women’s National Team of The Year; Women’s Player of the Year; Most Promising Talent; Youth Player of the Year; Referee of The Year; Legend of The year; Platinum Award and Africa Finest XI.
