Arsenal star leads Egypt squad against Super Eagles

Lagos - Egypt have announced a 23-man squad for the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Nigeria.

Coach Hector Cuper included Arsenal’s Mohamed Elneny, Mohamed Salah of AS Roma and SC Braga’s Ahmed Hassan in a list that is dominated by players from Zamalek and Al Ahly.

The first leg of the fixture will be played in Nigeria’s Kaduna city on March 25, with the return leg scheduled for Alexandria four days later.

Goalkeepers: Ahmed Elshennawy (Zamalek), Sherif Ekramy (Al Ahly)
