Elkanemi Warriors sets sights on Bosso

23 December 2015, 10:35

Maiduguri - Elkanemi Warriors are believed to have set their sights on Ladan Bosso with a view to add him to their technical team.

Bosso parted ways with Abia Warriors at the end of the 2014/15 Nigeria Professional Football League season, following his inability to help the club pick a continental ticket.

A source close to the former Wikki Tourists coach has revealed that Elkanemi Warriors could be his next destination, depending on the talks that are said to have started between the parties.

Officials confirmed they were in talks with the gaffer but said a deal had yet to be reached.

“We will try and speed things up with Ladan Bosso in order to reach an agreement before the week runs out,” a top official of the club said.

“The idea is that he will be with us in the 2015/16 Nigeria Professional Football League season.”

“I can confirm to you that talks are at an advanced stage between myself and the management of Elkanemi Warriors,” Ladan Bosso confirmed.

“My decision to reject or accept the offer will be known in the coming days,” he concluded.
