Lagos - Felix Anyansi-Agwu is set to continue as chairman of
newly crowned Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Enyimba as the
club have denied resignation reports.
Anyasi-Agwu told journalists immediately after the last game

"Following reports of the resignation of our club
Chairman Felix Anyansi Agwu, we wish to set the record straight and declare
that Felix Anyansi Agwu remains Chairman of Enyimba Football Club.
"Chief Felix Anyansi Agwu has served our club with
remarkable selflessness and unbending will. By any measure, he has transformed
Enyimba Football Club and our rich and proud history and achievements will forever
be linked to his service," the statement read in part.
