Lagos - Enyimba Football Club have reached an agreement to
sign Kano Pillars goalkeeper Theophilus Afelokhai for an undisclosed fee,
News24 can confirm.
The People's Elephants reportedly released Moses Ocheje and
Chijioke Ejiogu to pave way for the goalie.
Talks between the two sides accelerated in the last 48
hours, and the gloves man has now agreed to join the 2002 and 2003 CAF
Champions League winners.

Last season, Theophilus Afelokhai attracted interests from
clubs abroad according to sources close to the player.
He has been one of the best goalkeepers in the country for
the last seven years, having spent almost a decade at Pillars but has never
gotten his deserved national recognition, as he has only been sparingly invited
to the Super Eagles.
The Edo-State born goalkeeper is expected to give Femi
Thomas the expected competition at the Aba-based club.For
