Cairo - Etoile Sahel revived their hopes of a Confederation
Cup semifinal spot with a slender 1-0 win away from home over Al-Ahli Tripoli
in a Group B match at the Stade Chedli Zouiten on Tuesday night.
A single goal from Ahmed Akaichi in the 70th minute handed
Etoile Sahel their second win in four games which sees them up to seven points
and joint Group B leaders alongside FUS Rabat.
FUS Rabat, however, have only played three games and are in
action on Wednesday night in Group B at home against Kawkab Marrakech.
The loss for Al-Ahli Tripoli is their fourth in as many
games and sees them propping up the bottom of Group B with zero points, behind
Kawkab Marrakech who have six points.

Etoile Sahel will next be in action in the Confederation Cup
on August 13 at home to Kawkab Marrakech while Al-Ahli Tripoli will host FUS
Rabat on August 12.
