Lagos - Immediate past media officer of the Super Eagles, Ben Alaiya has described the resignation of Super Eagles coach, Sunday Oliseh as ‘insanity personified’.
Aliaya while reacting to the shocking resignation of Oliseh, said the timing of the resignation is absolutely wrong knowing fully well that the Super Eagles have AFCON qualifiers double header against the national team of Egypt at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna on Friday, March 25.
He said his resignation will do more harm to the national team as it prepares for the double header against Egypt.

Oliseh resigned just after seven months in the position after his appointment in July 2015.
Announcing his resignation on twitter, the former Super Eagles captain said he took the decision “due to Contract violations, lack of Support, Unpaid wages, Benefits to my players, Asst. Coaches & myself.”
He however said “I feel fortunate, blessed and eternally grateful for having had the honour to Play, Captain & Coach this great Nation of ours, Nigeria.”
His resignation is coming barely three weeks after he released videos on February 8, where he slammed critics for faulting him after Nigeria crashed out of the 2016 CHAN. He also claim he did not beg the Nigeria Football Federation for the job, and said journalists were demanding money from him to write favourable stories.
