Lagos - Super Eagles midfielder Fegor Ogude has revealed that he paid a ransom of N1.3m for the release of his wife Memunat.
She was abducted on January 4 in Warri, Delta State, and released six days after.
The Amkar Perm player said the abductors demanded a ransom of N30m but he was able to beat the demand down, according to The Cable.

Ogude said his wife went through tough condition in the hands of her kidnappers, and she would be examined by a medical doctor to be sure she’s in a good state of health.
