Lagos - Gombe United and Enyimba FC are interested in the
services of Niger Tornadoes head coach Abdullahi Usman Biffo.
The former Giwa FC and Kogi United tactician has seen his
stock rise after successfully leading Tornadoes to the Nigeria National League
title in Abuja.
He also masterminded the club's return to the Nigeria
Professional Football League after three seasons in the NNL.
A top official at Gombe United has been quoted as suggesting
that they are hugely keen on signing up a young up-and-coming manager.

“Yes, there is a very tempting argument to hire a young
coach here.” He said.
The official then mentioned that they were planning in
trying to convince Biffo to sign for Gombe United.
“The main feature of the new coach will be that he must have
a deep love for Gombe United and help us gain promotion to the NPFL. If Biffo
doesn't accept our proposal, we will seek alternatives.”
Chairman of Enyimba FC, Felix Anyansi Agwu will also attempt
to convince the coach to move to Aba.
It's not certain on his role for the seven-time Premier
League champions as Kadiri Ikhana is still the head coach of the CAF Champions
Efforts to reach Biffo has proved abortive on the reported
moves by Gombe United and Enyimba FC.For
