Tel Aviv - Midfielder John Ogu’s teammate at Hapoel Beer Sheva of Israel Tony Nwakaeme is willing to play for Nigeria’s senior national team.

Nwakaeme added to his goal tally in the Israeli top flight last weekend in a 2-1 win over Hapoel Kfar Saba.

He said it’s always been a dream since he turned professional to play for Nigeria but believes that it will happen in God's time, according to SuperSport.

He admitted that he has to keep working hard as he believes the results will show itself.

Nwakaeme added that Ogu has been supportive since they unite at the club.
