Lagos - Former Nigeria Football Federation's Cup winners, Kaduna United are set for a pre-season tour of South Africa, it has been gathered.
The club, which now plays in the Nigerian National League, are preparing for the new season and will start with a playing tour of South Africa.
Former Nigeria goalkeeper, Emmanuel Babayaro was appointed General Manager of the club two weeks ago, and he has begun arrangements to have the team train in South Africa.
They are expected to leave for South Africa in the first week of January, with 25 players and are expected to return after two weeks, ahead of the 2016 Nigeria National League season.
Meanwhile, club officials have said the target for the upcoming season will be to return to the top flight; the Nigeria Professional Football League. They were relegated at the end of the 2013/2014 season.
